Exploratory Attrition Risk Analysis: Underlying Patterns Made Visible
This case examines workforce attrition as an organizational risk pattern, not simply as a turnover rate to report.
The analysis will explore whether attrition is concentrated around specific employee experience factors, role conditions, departments, tenure patterns, compensation variables, satisfaction indicators, advancement signals, work-life conditions, or other workforce characteristics. The goal is to make underlying patterns visible before they are reduced to a single explanation.
Rather than beginning with an assumed cause, this case is designed to examine the data as a diagnostic field: where risk appears, what factors may be interacting, and what organizational conditions may require deeper attention.
Planned deliverables include: validated Excel workbook, executive summary, attrition risk segmentation, root-cause hypothesis map, business impact estimate, intervention recommendations, and measurement plan.
