ABOUT
I am a doctoral student in Organization Development and Change with interests in organizational effectiveness, workforce analysis, organizational systems, and psychologically informed approaches to workforce performance and organizational behavior.
Much of my work explores the relationship between visible organizational outcomes and the broader systems operating beneath them. Rather than viewing performance, disengagement, turnover, burnout, leadership strain, or organizational conflict as isolated issues, I am interested in understanding the conditions, behavioral patterns, reinforcement structures, cognitive processes, and organizational experiences that may contribute to those outcomes over time.
My portfolio combines organizational analysis, systems thinking, workforce interpretation, human-centered organizational perspectives, and psychologically informed frameworks through both analytical case studies and exploratory conceptual projects.
Current areas of focus include:
Organizational Effectiveness
Workforce Analysis
Organizational Systems
Human-Centered Performance Evaluation
Organizational Culture & Identity
Workforce Experience
Leadership Strain & Strategic Reappraisal
Performance Consulting & Root-Cause Analysis
This portfolio is continuously evolving through the development of analytical case studies, organizational frameworks, and consulting-oriented projects focused on organizational effectiveness and workforce performance
